Zoom is a web-conferencing software that allows users to schedule and attend online meetings with computers or mobile devices. You can share audio, video, desktop and more with other participants.
UMKC employees can use Zoom free of charge. There are two types of accounts available. See the comparison below:

Requesting a Zoom Account
- To activate your Basic account and start using Zoom immediately, go to https://umkc.zoom.us, click Sign In, and enter your UMKC username and password.
NOTE: If you use Zoom to teach, request for a Pro account as shown in step 2.
2. To request for a Pro account, complete the UMKC Zoom Pro Account Request form. You will receive a notification within 2 work days.
