Copy/Import a Canvas course to a new Canvas course site

From time to time, it may be necessary to copy an already built Canvas course to a new/blank Canvas course site. Often, this need arises when copying content from a sandbox site in Canvas to a live course site in Canvas or when copying a course site from a previous semester to a new semester.
