Canvas Request System

As you begin to prepare for courses for upcoming term, you may discover you are in need of a course/section combination or a migration from Blackboard to Canvas. To streamline these requests, there is a Canvas Request System located in the Help menu on the left-hand side of Canvas’ global navigation menu.

From this system, you may place requests for the following:

• Course copy;
• Course/section combination;
• Enrollment copy;
• Sandbox
• Organization site
• Blackboard course migration to Canvas.

Requests typically are processed within 1-to-2 business days. If you are in need of an immediate Canvas-to-Canvas course copy, you may copy the course using steps outlined on our support page. Similarly, if you are in need of an immediate Blackboard course migration to Canvas, you may follow our migration instructions to migrate the course yourself.
