Grades and Transcripts

Whether you just want to check your grades after your last course or you need to share your academic achievements for more formal purposes like job applications or further education, we keep the process simple.

Checking on Your Grades

UMKC does not send grades out via postal mail. Once your course is completed, you can access your grades and your unofficial academic record on Pathway. For any grade-related questions, contact the course instructor.

Grading Options

While you can't shift from a letter grade to a credit/no credit grade late in a course or after the course, you may wish to know when you can change the way you are graded in the future.

Obtaining a Transcript

Where you request a transcript depends on your student status.

You must pay all outstanding accounts before UMKC can issue you a transcript or diploma. Visit Pathway to check if you have a financial hold.
